Laurie, a personal trainer and menopause coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with her start as a group instructor at Goodlife. A one time figure competitor, her journey in fitness has equipped her with the knowledge and tools to empower clients through various life phases, especially during menopause. Our focus is on creating customized training programs that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
We are a passionate husband-and-wife team dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Bert, an ex-professional hockey player, military veteran, boxing enthusiast winning the Gleason Master Championship in NYC. He brings a wealth of experience as a lifelong athlete and discipline to our training sessions. He understands what it takes to push boundaries and achieve results.
